What the generators process
Depending on the printable, you may enter a child's first name, grade, school, teacher, phone number, schedule, routine tasks, meal plan, or allergy reminder. Your browser uses those values to draw the live preview and create the PDF or PNG.
What leaves your device
Generator values are not uploaded to SchoolSheet.pro, stored in an account, added to public URLs, or included in generic template-sharing links. Downloaded files are created in your browser and saved where your device or browser normally stores downloads.
Analytics and technical information
SchoolSheet.pro creates limited, first-party product events for page views and actions such as opening a generator, choosing a generic template, exporting, sharing a template, or following a related-template link. These events may include the page path, referring domain, campaign tags, generator or template identifier, paper size, export format, and success or failure—not names, schedules, meal entries, phone numbers, generated filenames, full referring URLs, cookies, or persistent visitor identifiers. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable this first-party measurement.
Google Analytics is optional and remains off unless you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google may process the visited page, referring page, campaign information, generic generator actions, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and analytics cookies. SchoolSheet.pro disables Google advertising storage, Google Signals, advertising personalization, and advertising user data. We do not send generator entries, children's names, phone numbers, filenames, schedules, routines, meal plans, or allergy notes to Google Analytics. You can change or withdraw this choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the site footer.
The hosting service may also process ordinary technical request information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and deletion
Because we do not receive generator entries, we do not retain them and cannot retrieve or delete them for you. Clear a form by refreshing or replacing its fields, and delete exported files using your device's normal file controls. Routine browser caching may keep site code and images temporarily, but not the text entered into a generator.
Children's information
An adult should decide what details belong on a printable and where the finished page is displayed or shared. Use the minimum information needed, especially on labels that may be visible outside home or school.
